JG IT Solution to quickly open the official KFintech IPO status page and check your allotment using your
PAN, application number or DP ID & Client ID.
What Is IPO Allotment Status?
When a company launches an Initial Public Offering (IPO), investors apply for its shares during the subscription period. After the
IPO closes, the registrar of the issue finalises the basis of allotment and decides how many shares each applicant
receives. The IPO allotment status tells you whether you have been allotted shares and how many.
KFin Technologies (KFintech) is one of the registrars that handles IPOs in India. If KFintech is the registrar of the IPO you
applied for, you can check your KFintech IPO allotment status on its IPO status page.

PAN Number
The PAN of the first / sole applicant used in the IPO application.
Application Number
The IPO application number shown in your broker app, bank (ASBA) or application acknowledgement.
DP ID & Client ID
Your demat account details (NSDL or CDSL) linked with the IPO application.
Understanding Your IPO Allotment Result
Shares Allotted
You have received shares. The blocked amount for the allotted shares is debited and the shares are credited to your demat account before the listing day.
Not Allotted
No shares were allotted this time. The blocked amount (UPI mandate or ASBA) is released back in your bank account.
Application Rejected / Not Found
The application may be invalid or the details entered may not match. Re-check the IPO name, PAN or application number, and contact your broker or bank if needed.
Other Ways to Check IPO Allotment Status
Registrar of the IPO
Every IPO has its own registrar, mentioned in the offer document (RHP). If KFin Technologies is the registrar, use the button above; otherwise check the website of the registrar named for that IPO.
Stock Exchange Websites
BSE and NSE also provide an IPO bid / application status check on their websites for issues listed on that exchange.
Broker App
Many brokers show the IPO application and allotment status in the IPO section of their trading app.
Bank / UPI App
If shares are allotted, the blocked amount is debited; if not, the UPI mandate or ASBA block is released - which also indicates the result.
IPO Allotment, Refund & Listing Timeline
As per SEBI's T+3 timeline (T = IPO closing date), the basis of allotment, unblocking of funds for non-allottees, credit of
shares to demat accounts and listing on the stock exchange are all completed within a few working days after the IPO closes.
The exact dates for every IPO are mentioned in its offer document.

Why Didn't I Get IPO Allotment?
Not receiving shares is common in popular IPOs. Some common reasons are:
- The IPO was heavily oversubscribed
- Retail allotment is done by lottery when demand is higher than the shares available
- UPI mandate was not approved in time
- PAN, name or demat details did not match
- Multiple applications were made with the same PAN
- Bid was placed below the final issue price (not at cut-off)
- Insufficient balance in the bank account for the block
Tips for Checking IPO Allotment Status
- Keep your PAN, application number and DP ID & Client ID handy
- Check the allotment status only after the basis of allotment is finalised
- Make sure you select the correct IPO name from the list
- Check your demat account / broker holdings for the credited shares
- Check your bank or UPI app to confirm the debit or release of the blocked amount
- Apply at the cut-off price in retail category to avoid price-based rejection
