Delays in providing required information, approvals, content, access credentials, or feedback may affect the project timeline.
JG IT Solution will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the customer.
All quotations provided by JG IT Solution are based on the requirements discussed at the time of quotation.
Prices may vary depending on:

Hosting requirements

Payment gateway integration

Advertising budgets may be separate from JG IT Solution's service fees.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that its products, services, claims, offers, and advertising content comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
For mobile application projects:
Features and functionality will be based on the agreed project scope.
App store approval is controlled by the respective platform.
JG IT Solution cannot guarantee approval by Google Play, Apple App Store, or any other third-party platform.
Third-party developer accounts, licenses, APIs, SMS services, payment gateways, maps, hosting, and other services may involve additional charges.
Changes requested after development or approval may be charged separately.
Design work will be created according to the agreed requirements and references provided by the customer.
The number of concepts, revisions, design formats, and final deliverables will depend on the agreed scope.
Once the design has been approved by the customer, major changes may be treated as additional work.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that any logos, images, fonts, trademarks, or other materials supplied to JG IT Solution can legally be used.
Domain and hosting services may be provided directly or through third-party providers.
JG IT Solution is not responsible for outages, suspension, technical issues, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party domain registrars, hosting providers, data centers, or infrastructure providers.
Domain renewal and hosting renewal charges must be paid before the relevant expiry date.
Failure to renew services on time may result in suspension, expiry, deletion, or loss of domain/hosting services.
JG IT Solution may assist customers with Google Business Profile / Google My Business setup, optimization, verification, updates, and related services.
However, Google controls the approval, verification, ranking, suspension, visibility, and policy enforcement of Google Business Profiles.
JG IT Solution does not guarantee:
Specific Google Maps rankings
Permanent profile visibility
Verification approval

Customers must provide genuine and accurate business information.

Specifications will be based on the agreed project requirements.
Hardware components may be subject to availability.

The customer is responsible for using IoT devices in accordance with applicable safety, regulatory, and manufacturer requirements.
Customers agree to:

Provide required content on time.
Provide valid credentials where necessary.
Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable time.
Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
Use the services legally.
Avoid providing unlawful or fraudulent content.
Ensure that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights.
Maintain appropriate backups of important business data where applicable.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and usage rights for the final project deliverables will be transferred or provided according to the payment and project agreement.

The customer confirms that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use any content supplied to JG IT Solution.
This may include:
Images
Videos
Logos
Text
Product information
Trademarks
Documents
Music
Software
Databases
Other copyrighted materials
JG IT Solution will not be responsible for copyright or intellectual-property claims arising from materials supplied by the customer.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, JG IT Solution may display completed website, application, design, or other project work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or marketing materials.
If a customer requires complete confidentiality or does not want the project displayed publicly, this should be communicated and agreed in writing before project completion.
Our services may depend on third-party platforms, tools, APIs, payment gateways, hosting providers, advertising platforms, app stores, social media platforms, or other external services.
JG IT Solution does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their continuous availability, pricing, policies, functionality, or performance.
Any third-party charges are generally the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly included in the agreed quotation.

Payments for completed work, domain registration, hosting, third-party licenses, purchased software, advertising budgets, or other non-refundable services may not be refundable.
